Ingredients
400.0 Grams Potato, raw1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne2.0 1tsp Soybean Oil1.0 tsp Salt1.0 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw1tsp ginger and garlic paste1tsp mixed spices
Directions
Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges Add the onion slice Add salt, pepper, garlic and ginger paste and mixed spices Drizzle the oil on a pan grill Add the mixed potato and onion Grilled for about 15 minutes or till it's cooked
