Keto Ginger Spice Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Erythritol, 2 1/2 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup cup melted Butter, salted 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tsp Ginger, ground 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground 1 teas Vanilla 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix almond flour, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia or non sugar sub.

melt butter in microwave for 20-30 seconds let cool, add eggs, vanilla

combine together until all ingredients are moist.do nto over stir
put into greased cookie sheet by spoonful. two inches apart press slightly down

cook at 350 in a preheated over from 10-13 minutes until bottom is light brown.

remove to a cooling cookie rack

    Thank you my daughter who is 11 said it needs more Ginger and cinnamon which i added to the recipe already.. they taste good.
