Ingredients
Directions
1 sm chopped Onion (2")2 med cloves Garlic, fresh, raw~~~1 med chopped Pepper, green or red (3") 40 Ea (can) Black Olives, Pitted, Lg, halved1 cup (sm can) Mushroom Stems & Pieces, Canned ~~~20 oz Beef, Ground Sirloin, 10% lean~~~10 Tb (can) Tomato Paste 3.5 cup (28oz can) Diced Tomatoes, or any Tomato product~~~6 oz Barilla Whole Grain Elbow Pasta, adjust to liking
Saute Onion and Garlic.
Add Beef and cook.
Add Peppers, Mushrooms, and Black Olives. Continue to cook, lid optional
Boil and drain Pasta.
Move Beef & Veggies from skillet to Pasta pan.
Add Tomatoe Paste and Diced Tomatoes. Continue to cook over low heat.
Add preferred Seasonings.
Mix in Pasta. Continue to cook until desired flavor & consistency.
Cool & store in Fridge; Put in dishes and Freeze; Eat at Stove!
