Ingredients
8 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne 1 serving Mozzarella Pearls, Fresh, Bel Gioioso (11 balls, 2.5g each) 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 150 grams Black Olives 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
Directions
cook pasta according to box directions and then drain and coat with some olive oil, take off heat and add veggies and toss/mix
