Kidney Beans and Rice

1 cup uncle bens original converted long grain white rice 1 serving Bottled Water 16 oz 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 serving Garlic, minced in jar (1/2 tsp= 1 clove) (by DIRTYLAWNGUY) 1 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 2 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce (1tbs - 15mL) 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (by DRSUMMERS)
Bring two cups water to a boil over medium heat in medium sized pan.
Add rice and spices.
Stir to mix well.
Drain liquid from canned kidney beans and stir beans in to the rice.
Cover. Reduce heat to low and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir soy sauce and crushed red pepper flakes into rice and bean mixture to combine.
Serve.
Serving Size: 1 cup
