1.0 cup All purpose flour*0.75 cup Granulated Sugar*2.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened*2.0 tsp Baking Powder*0.25 tsp Salt*0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)2.0 tbsp Vegetable Oil1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar0.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, HOT
Preheat over to 350°.
In the 9x13 pyrex dish mix the first 5 ingredients*.
Then add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla stirring with a fork until well mixed. Spread evenly in the pyrex dish.
Spread evenly the brown sugar and 1/4c of cocoa over the previous mixture. Do NOT mix.
Add the hot water evenly over mixture. Do NOT stir.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for 15 min and enjoy with vanilla ice cream.
