Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Ingredients
2 pound beef round steak, about 1" thick1/4 cup flour1 tsp. salt1 stalk celery, chopped2 carrots, pared and chopped1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 16-ounce can whole tomatoes1/2 cup grated American cheese
Directions
Cut steak into four serving pieces. Add salt and pepper to flour. Dredge meat in flour mixture. Place in Crock-Pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.

This recipe may be doubled for 5-quart Crock Pot. Cook the maximum time (10 hours).
