Vegetable Stir Fry base (broccoli, cauliflower, onion, coconut aminos, light olive oil)

Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower florets, fresh *2 cups broccoli florets, fresh *.5 medium onion, raw 2 tbsp Trader Joe's coconut aminos 1 tsp garlic salt or powder1 tsp onion powder 1 dash black pepper1 dash sea salt 2 tbsp Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil * A 12 oz. bag of fresh mixed broccoli and cauliflower is generally what I use.
Directions
Throw all in large pan with the oil, season, stir fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, then put lid on pan and heat through until al dente tender. (Any longer and the vegetables get mushy.)
Can easily be doubled as well.
