Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
3 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt2 Organic Large Eggs1 cup, packed Brown Sugar1/2 cup Organic cane sugar2 tsp Vanilla Extract9 oz bag Nestle Toolhouse Simply Delicious Dark Chocolate Chips2 sticks Organic Valley Salted Butter
Directions
Let eggs and butter come to room temperature . Preheat oven to 350°F. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream sugars and butter together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix until fully incorporated. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients 1/3 ata time and mix until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop place cookies 2" apart on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes (or up to 15depending on your oven). Cookie edges should be lightly browned and tops may look undone. Thay is okay. Pull them out. Rest on baking sheet for 5 mins before transferring to cooling rack. Cool completely and store in air tight container.
