3 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 336 gram(s) hot Italian pork sausage 1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 cloves Garlic 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2.5 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil
Mix hot Italian pork sausage, 1 cup cooked rice, garlic, salt and coarse black pepper. Cut the peppers in half, stuff each half with a sausage/rice mix. Place in a large deep skillet or a pot, pour tomato/spaghetti sauce over the peppers and cook until sausage is cooked through on medium-low. You can substitute sausage for ground beef, white rice to brown, etc. The sky is limit! :-)
