Ingredients
Semolina, unenriched, 1 cup Water, 2 cup Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Mustard seed, 1 tbspChili powder, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 3 cloves Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
heat oil in pan
add musard seed(they should pop)
add the onions and garlic
fry till soft, add chili powder
add the semolina fry for a few mins
add the water and salt
cook on low fire till water evaporates
it should have a semi sold consistancy
