1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw4.0 serving Olive oil cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and cut cauliflower into floweretts. Pat dry with paper towels and place on baking sheet. Coat well with olive oil spray.
Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
I also add McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb seasoning, this stuff is THE BOMB on veggies!
I use this recipe for broccoli, asparagus, fresh Brussels sprouts, zucchini, yellow squash, or just about any other fresh veggie. Or mix it up and make roasted veggies!
