Almond Walnut Pancakes wth Flax Seeds

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 2 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Whip together eggs and almond milk until light. Fold in remaining ingredients stirring well. Drop batter on nonstick surface ( spray lightly with Pam if desired) on medium heat, spreading to about 4-6 inches and 1/2 in thick, flipping after about 2 minutes or when slightly dry looking on the edges. These dont bubble like regular pancakes so watch the underside carefully to make sure they dont burn! Makes about 6 ea. Serving Size: Makes 6 pancakes
