Basic Yellow Cake w/ Buttercream Frosting (1/12)

Ingredients
2.5 cup Great Value Self-Rising flour (by TANYAMS1) 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Canola Oil 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Buttermilk, full fat (by LESLEY210) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Soda Frosting:1 stick Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Directions
mix 1st 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Set oven to 250 degrees. Grease cake pans and split batter. Bake for 30 minutes.

For frosting mix remaining 3 ingredients in bowl until smooth and fluffy. frost cake when cooled
