Egg White Omelet with Lox and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
2 large Egg white, fresh 2 oz Smoked Salmon (lox) 1 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
Directions
Beat egg whites until nearly fluffy. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Gently add egg whites to heated pan. Layer in lox and red onion. Dollop with cream cheese and sprinkle with fresh dill. Cover and let cook until egg whites reach desired firmness. Remove from heat. Fold omelet in half and serve.
