Ingredients
2 tbsp evoo3 cups zucchini2 tbsp oregano2 jalepeno peppers1 cup onion1 tomato medium1 oz monzzarella cheese
Directions
slice all ingredients
heat pan on medium add zucchini, cook until almost tender add peppers and onions then let cook then add tomatos and let vegetables cook until tender then add the cheese and serve
Great with mexican rice
