1 cup Spinach, fresh 3 sprigs Parsley .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup Blueberries, fresh 1 scoops Primal Fuel Vanilla Coconut Protein Powder .5 tbsp Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass Powder 6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
