Red Bean and Oat patties

Ingredients
1/2 cup Kidney Beans (1 cup cooked, from dried) (by SPOORK) 1/3 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1/3 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place oats in food processor to make oat flour, add beans and remaining ingredients until well processed. Form two patties. Spray frying pan and cook patties - 3 mins on each side. Serving Size: makes 2 patties
