Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
2 serving Pasta sauce 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Sweet peppers (bell) 1.25 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup 2 serving Cheese Swiss Jarlsberg Lite
Directions
Boil the rice and drain. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and clean them. Place in boiling water and boil 5 min. Meanwhile, mix rice and pasta sauce. Drain peppers, stuff each half with sauce mix. Place half a slice of cheese on each half pepper. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min, until cheese is melted and browning.
