16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1.5 cup Black Beans - canned - Kroger1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1.0 cup Jasmine Rice - white2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 tsp Onion powder0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Chili powder
Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces. Saute with onions in instant pot with olive oil. Once browned a little add rice and saute for about 3 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Put lid on and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Can serve with cheese, tortilla chips, avocado.
