Low Carb Cinnamon Flax Seed Mug Roll

Ingredients
2 T Flour, Coconut1 T *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/8 tsp Kosher salt1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 T Coconut Oil 2 tsp Sugar, granulated 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
1. Mix together flour, flax seed, BP, salt, 1/2 sugar in mug.
2. In small bowl, whisk egg & combine melted coconut oil until thick & lemony.
3. Add mixture to dry ingredients - mix well - Let Sit A Minute to Thicken - Thin with H20, Cream, Almond or Coconut milk beverage.(depending on coconut flour - I add 4 tsp coconut milk - 1 tsp at a time til batter reaches proper consistency.
4 Combine 1-2 tsp sugar with 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon to suit your taste - place mixture in center of mug on top of batter - swirl with spoon to marble - shake to level.
5. Microwave 1-2 minuses, until set. DO NOT OVER BAKE. My microwave takes 75 seconds @ 1000W
