Ingredients
1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Mix Flour, eggs & a small portion of the milk together. Gradually mix in remaining Milk. Melt butter and add to batter. Let batter rest 1hour before making crepes. Serving Size: 7
