Swiss Chard Frittata

0.50 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 3 clove Garlic 0.50 large Onions, raw 0.25 tsp Oregano, ground 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Saute vegetables and herbs in 1 Tbsp. oil until soft, using an oven-safe pan.
Whisk eggs together only slightly. Do not over beat.
Spoon vegetables into egg mixture and stir.
Add remaining oil to pan and heat.
Pour egg mixture back into the pan.
Cook on the stovetop until the sides start to pull away from the pan, 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over top.
Bake until set, 15-18 minutes.
