Ingredients: Egg, fresh, 2 largeHam, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")*Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, .25 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
Directions
whisk eggs, heat omelette pan. Pour egg mixture into pan, sprinkle with vegetables cook till just 'set', add cheese & 'fold'. Cook till desired texture & serve.
