Ingredients
3.0 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh2.0 cup, diced Rhubarb0.75 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)4.0 tbsp Maple Syrup2.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.33 cup King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Pancake Mix (1/3 cup = 1 serving dry)3.0 tbsp brown sugar1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Dice strawberries and rhubarb mix with maple syrup. Separately mix oats, flour butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Fill ramikins with fruit top with oat mixture cook 4 min high quick release...broil to quickly brown top. Serve with ice cream.
