Ingredients
3.0 cup Flour, white1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.33 cup Lard1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add lard and mix. Add 1 cup hot water. Mix and knead until somewhat smooth. Cut into 16 portions, roll into balls, and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Roll into 10-12" circles and cook both sides on a comal or large skillet.

Serving Size: Makes 16 tortillas about 10" in diameter. 1 tortilla is a serving size.
