Meat Vegballs

Ingredients
32 oz Ground beef 6 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled 2 cup, mashed Zucchini 2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Shred beets, zucchini, and sweet potato.
Combine with Ground beef.
Mix really well.
Form balls and put in a roasting pan.
Bake 375 degrees for 40 min.
