Jillian Michaels Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
0.75 tsp Pepper, black 3 cup Cauliflower, raw 0.75 cup Cottage cheese, 4% milkfat, Knudsen 1.50 tsp Garlic Powder 6 oz The Greek Gods Kefir, Plain, 1 sev=8 oz. 3 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) 2.25 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated 0.35 tsp Sea Salt, Trader Joe’s
Directions
1. bring pot of salted water to a boil. add cauliflower and cook until slightly tender, about 5 min,. drain and pat dry w paper towels. spread in prepared pan.
2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, mix together kefir, cottage cheese, and mustard until smooth.
3. Stir in cheese, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder until cheese just starts to melt. Pour over cauliflower, stir and enjoy.
