Creamy Basil Chicken

Ingredients
1 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g) .5 cup Sour Cream .5 cup Milk, 3.25% 14 grams Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 2 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 24 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 7 oz Barilla Spaghetti (Uncooked) (by EMTAUGER) 1 package (9 oz) Artichokes, frozen 8 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
Directions
Boil water with salt and olive oil.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 Tbsp peso, sour cream, milk, flour, and chopped garlic. Combine and set aside.

Season and fry chicken breast with 1 1/2 Tbsp of pesto; remove when mostly cooked.

When pot has boiled, add pasta.

Add artichokes to hot pan and cook. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.

Add sauce to hot pan and bring to a boil. Add chicken back to pan and coat chicken. Cook 3-5 minutes.

Drain pasta and bring back to pot. Ladle sauce, artichokes, and tomatoes into cooked pasta and coat. Serve with chicken.
