1/2 Avacado smashed2 4oz StarKist Selects Very Low Sodium Chunk White Albacore Tuna (4.5oz can) .25 tsp Onion powder .25 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Salt .25 dash Pepper, black .5 tbsp Parsley, dried Cayenne pepper to taste
