Penne with fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella

16.0 oz Barilla Pasta, Penne3.0 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes0.25 cup Olive Oil0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne10.0 leaves Basil8.0 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella4.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Cut tomatoes in half and place in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and garlic which has been peeled and crushed. Let sit for 30 minutes to and hour stirring occasionally. Boil pasta according to box directions. Remove garlic from tomato mixture and add to it the basil which has been cut into thin ribbons and the bite size fresh mozzarella cheese. Stir gently to prevent the cheese from breaking apart. Stir the hot pasta into the tomato mixture and serve.
