Crockpot Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
1 Small head of cabbage diced1/2 pound ground beef or turkey2 cans diced tomatoes2 cans tomato sauce1 green bell pepper1 onion
Directions
Pour 1 cup of tomato sauce on bottom of the slow cooker
Cut cabbage into cubes, put on top of the tomato sauce
Dice onion and green pepper and cook on stove with the ground beef
Pour ground beef mixture on top of cabbage
Pour diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over cabbage and ground beef
Cook on low for about 6 hours or until cabbage is cooked to your likeness.
