Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Ginger Root 0.50 cup Carrot - raw, chopped 411 gram Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes Canned (100g) 1.50 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas) - canned, drained 3 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base 0.50 cup *lentils, great value dried 4 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
saute onions and carrots until onions are translucent. add rest of ingredients and cook until lentils are done.
You will need to adjust water accordingly. sometimes the flavor is too strong and you will need to add more water to taste.
