5 oz Baby Carrots 4 serving mini portabello mushroom caps (3) (by YOGINILMT) 3 serving Safeway Yellow Fleshed Yellow Potatoes (5 potatoes) 4 tbsp Red Cooking Wine (by KAM761) 4 serving Wizards organic vegan worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp (by KNICKI1) 4 tbsp Canned Tomato Paste (by JENNKV) 3 clove Garlic 4 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
cut potatoes and place in pot with mushrooms and carrots.

Add tomato paste, garlic (minced), and broth.

Cook on medium-low for 6 hours
