Vegan 'Cream' of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 Cans chopped tomatoes 1 can Baked Beans (I used no added sugar)6 medium Carrots OR 1 can carrots4 Pickled Onions (about 22.5g each) - choppedMarigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder or stock cube1/2 pint water
Directions
Cook the carrots in the water until softened & add stock cube
Add all the other ingredients & season to taste
Cook through
Blend (I used an immersion blender and it worked fine)
