Vinegar and onion Salad Homemade

Ingredients
4 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled) 1 large Onions, raw .25 cup Sour Cream 4 tbsp Sour Cream 13 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar 6 serving Sugar Substitute, Sweet N Low Packet
Directions
Thinly slice onion, cucumbers, add salt and drain overnight. Drain water, mix Sour cream, sugar/sugar substitute and vinegar together and pour over onion and cucumbers. Let stand for about an hour.
