Crunchy Broccoli and Apple Slaw

Ingredients
2 tbsp Vinegar, white wine (by J123452) 1 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1/4 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper, black 4 tbsp or 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 24 oz Broccoli Slaw 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 3/4 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless 3/4 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
Directions
In medium bowl, whish vinegar, shallot, honey, mustard, salt and pepper;
Whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in oil until emulsified.
Fold in broccoli slaw, apple, raisins and sunflower seeds;
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 or up to 4 hours before serving.
Makes about 8 cups.
