150 grams Semolina, unenriched 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 50 gram(s) Peppers, hot chili, green, raw (by CD1681450) 50 grams Ginger Root 1 oz Dragon Dried Chillies (by MISSDAISY23) 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 550 mL Water, tap 1 tsp Salt 10 grams Lentils
Heat the ghee in a wok. Add the mustard seeds (black mustard seeds preferred). Once the mustard seeds splatter, add the dried chillies, diced onions, chopped green chilli and the finely chopped ginger. Once nicely sauted, add the water, salt and shredded carrot. Once the water reaches a soft boil, add the semolina and keep stirring, making sure no lumps are formed. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes till it comes together. Serve with coconut chutney or sugar
