Veggie Fried rice

Ingredients
125 grams Green Beans (snap) 249 grams Carrots, raw 3 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 12.3 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g) 350 gram(s) Prawns, Ocean Royale Raw Peeled Prawns 486 grams Aeroplane Basmati Indian Rice 2.7 cup Kitchen Basics (unsalted) Chicken stock 4 serving Knorr Chicken stock cube (by BRANDI1809) 150 grams Onions, raw 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Pepper, white 2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Parboil the rice and rinse to remove the extra starch and drain.

Pour the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan. Add onion, green beans , carrots , prawns and stir fry for 7 mins. Then add the bell pepper, black pepper, white pepper and 4 cubes of Knorr and stir fry for another 5 mins. Once done, Put the stir fried mixture in a bowl.

On the other hand (this can be done simultaneously when starting the stir fry), pour chicken stock into another pot , add a dash of salt and cook until medium soft.


Taking the stir fry pan, add a small content of the stir fry mixture and add some rice in appropriate portions and stir fry for 3 mins each until all the stir fry and rice is finished
