Richard's Egg Drop soup

Ingredients
3 medium Mushrooms, fresh 15 fl oz Chicken Broth or Bouillon 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Add the first three ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Bring to a slow boil
In a separate bowl/glass, beat the egg until smooth.
While stirring the pot of soup, slowly pour the beaten egg into the pot.
Allow to simmer for another minute.
