2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw ( chopped)4 clove Garlic (crushed)0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 fl oz Red Wine 3.5 cup Canned Tomatoes 2 tbsp agave necter (by BMICHELLE1388) 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 3 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard 3 tbsp Basil chopped
1. Heat oil over medium -high heat
2. 2.Add onion, cook, stirring frequently for 5-6 minutes. Until translucent
3. Add garlic and tomato paste, cook stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Do not burn.
4. Add wine, cook, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes
5. Add tom, agave, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to gentle boil, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
6. Add cheese rind, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
7. Add basil
