Fiesta Pork Street Tacos

1 sm can Green Giant Mexican Corn (by CYNTHIAL904) 2 cups Kirkland Organic Salsa 1 can Beans, black, drained and rinsed2 tbsp Mexican Seasoning (home prepared) (by MRSWORKS2908) 1 tsp Salt 2 serving Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp 2 oz Cotija Queso Seco Cacique cheese 2 lbs. Pork Loin Roast, 10 serving Mission corn tortillas Restaurant Style ( 1 serving = 2 corn Tortillas)
Place pork in bottom of crockpot. Add corn, salsa, beans, and seasoning mix. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on high. Use two forks to shred the pork. Add salt to taste. Allow to cook for another 30 minutes. Dish out into taco shells and top with guacamole and cheese. Other possible toppings include red onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
