1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 4 tbsp Tahini 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 2 clove Garlic 1 dash Salt 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 serving Beets, baby/steamed/peeled (Trader Joe's): 1s=2baby beets/85g
Directions
Add all ingredients in a blender and mix; add cold water as needed
