pineapple coconut cole slaw

Ingredients
6 cups shredded cabbage1/2 cup crushed pineapple1/2 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup Fat Free Miracle Whip1/4 cup Woeber's Horseradish sauce (or alternate prepared sandwich spread w/horseradish)1/4 cup cider vinegar5 packets stevia (or 1/4 cup sugar)
Directions
mix all ingredients in a large bowl -- if you use sugar it changes the total calories per serving to 108 -- I just use about 5 packets of stevia and it makes it plenty sweet for me. Also, fresh pineapple is tastier, but not always convenient. Calculations are for 2/3 cup servings.
