40.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean0.5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium0.25 cup Soy Sauce4.0 tsp Sesame Oil0.25 cup minced Garlic2 tbsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Brown turkey in heavy bottom pan. Wisk remaining ingredients in bowl add to browned turkey simmer until thick and serve over rice or riced cauliflower.
