Chicken enchilladas

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 package low fat cream cheese1 small can sliced olives1 can enchillada sauce8 flour tortillas
Directions
Cube chicken breast and brown in pan sprayed with pam. To build enchilladas, place about a Tables spoon of cream cheese, 1/8 of the chicken, a few rings of sliced olives and roll into enchillada. Place in pan that has been lightly coated in enchillada sauce. Build remaining enchilladas. Pour the remaining sauce over the enchilladas. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. You may add shredded cheddar cheese over the top if you desire. Makes 8 enchilladas.
