Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp4 oz fresh raspberries1/3 cup sugar substitutepinch of salt
Directions
In blender or mixer, whip cream to stiff peaks, 2-4 min

Add cream cheese, raspberries, sugar substitute, vanilla and pinch of salt and blend until combined and smooth. Divide into 4 dishes or store in covered container
