3/4 cup Cocoa, organic dry powder, unsweetened 3/4 cup Organic Granulated Sugar 1-1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Place cocoa, sugar, salt and water in small sauce pan. Heat on medium stirring constantly with wire whisk. Bring to boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat add vanilla.
Cool and store in glass jar in refrigerator 2 to 3 weeks. (Mine lasts much longer.)
