1lb Ground Venison1 medium onion (chopped)3 cloves garlic (minced)1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies(undrained)2 cups of water2 cups tomatoe sauce1 Tbs dried parsley1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basil2 1/2 cups pasta2 cups fat free cottage cheese1/2 cup low fat parmesan cheese1 tsp pepper2 egg whites
In a large pot brown venison with onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, water, tomatoe sauce, and spices. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Reduce heat and cover, stir occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Combine cottage cheese and parmesan with the egg. Sprinkle in pepper to taste. Spread cheese mixture over top of meat and pasta. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
