Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 0.25 cup Milk, 2%, 0.5 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.25 cup Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 0.5 cup, thawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.25 cup, unthawed *Peaches, fresh, 0.5 cup slicesRaspberries, 0.25 cup *Fruit Punch, Snapple, 2 oz
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Makes one approx. 16 oz. smoothie
Hint: If you can't drink the whole thing, refrigerate unused portion and have a refreshing snack in the afternoon.
